Professional Friction Stir Welding & Vacuum Brazing Solutions

Welding Service Introduction

Friction Stir Welding & Vacuum Brazing Services Provided

At Jeek, we focus on providing high-quality welding solutions to meet the needs of complex parts and demanding conditions. Our welding services cover advanced solid-state welding and precision brazing technologies, ensuring that every welded joint has excellent strength and stability.

We offer two welding techniques: Friction Stir Welding and Vacuum Brazing. Both are supported by professional equipment and a team of experienced engineers, allowing us to precisely control the welding process and ensure consistent quality. We can weld a variety of materials, including aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and magnesium alloys, to meet the diverse requirements of different industries.

We deeply understand how important time and quality are to our clients. That’s why we focus on fast delivery for low-volume production and strict quality control—committed to providing the most reliable welding services for your project.

Friction Stir Welding

An advanced solid-state welding technique that generates frictional heat through a rotating tool at the joint, bringing the metal to a plasticized state without melting, then stirring and forging to form a dense, uniform, and reliable weld seam.

Compared with traditional fusion welding, this process requires no filler material or shielding gas, producing almost no spatter or fumes, making it environmentally friendly and stable. The welded structure is strong, with minimal deformation and significantly reduced defects, ideal for applications with stringent joint performance requirements.

This method is especially suitable for welding heat-sensitive materials such as aluminum, copper, and magnesium alloys, as well as joining dissimilar metals (like aluminum to copper or magnesium). It has been widely applied in aerospace, new energy vehicles, battery casings, and electronic heat sinks.

Vacuum Brazing

A high-precision metal joining technique carried out inside a vacuum furnace. A filler metal with a lower melting point than the base material flows into the joint through capillary action, bonding the parts together without melting the base components.

Since the process takes place in a vacuum, it eliminates oxidation and contamination, ensuring extremely clean and strong joints. With the help of flux, the post-processing requirements of the parts are minimal. This makes it an ideal choice for complex, tight-tolerance assemblies and heat-sensitive components.

It is also widely used in aerospace, electronics, medical devices, and automotive industries — suitable for parts such as heat exchangers, sensors, and structural assemblies that require high precision and performance.
