Our History

JeekRapid is the CNC machining and rapid manufacturing division of
Jeek Precision (Dongguan Jeek Precision Technology Co., Ltd.).

Founded in 2013, Jeek Precision provides CNC machining, tooling, and injection molding services, supporting global manufacturers from early prototyping through stable production.

Thanks to the long-term support and trust of our customers, in 2024 we expanded our operations by opening a sales and engineering office in Shenzhen, providing closer communication, faster response, and improved logistics support for international clients.

Over the years, Jeek Precision has supplied prototype parts and limited production series to leading companies across multiple industries, helping bring products from initial design to final production.

Throughout this development, our team has managed technical engineering, commercial coordination, logistics execution, and administrative operations to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term manufacturing reliability.

Founded by Mr. Lin, Jeek Precision benefits from his over 20 years of hands-on experience in the precision manufacturing industry. Starting his career on the workshop floor, Mr. Lin worked his way up to management before establishing his own factory in 2013. His deep technical expertise and commitment to quality ensure that every project meets the highest standards — because he knows that quality is the foundation of our success.

Today, Mr. Lin leads a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals, all dedicated to delivering fast, reliable, and high-quality services to our clients.

Production Plant

Jeek Precision operates a modern manufacturing facility covering approximately 3,200 square meters, equipped with comprehensive production equipment and a skilled technical team. The company employs over 80 staff members, including experienced engineers, technicians, and quality control specialists, enabling us to provide one-stop manufacturing solutions from product design to mass production.

Our facility houses around 40 advanced CNC machines, including multi-axis CNC lathes, high-speed milling machines, precision grinders, laser cutting machines, and punch presses—supporting high-precision machining of both metal and plastic components. We are also equipped with a range of inspection equipment such as CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), projectors, and height gauges to ensure every part meets strict quality standards before delivery.

With flexible production capabilities and rapid project response, Jeek Precision is well-positioned to meet diverse customer needs for high quality, fast turnaround, and customized manufacturing. We proudly serve industries including automotive, medical, electronics, robotics, and aerospace.

Grinding and Cleaning

The production site is able to carry out most processes needed to supply the finished component. There are several workshops at the site that deal with surface finishing as well as structural treatment of materials.

Furthermore, you will find all the technologies required for general metalworking pieces such as sonicleaning ,electrical discharge machining, welding, metal sheet folding, laser beam machining. Besides, We have a complete surface treatment supply chain to support us.

There is also a quality department, capable of preparing dimensional reports based on project requirements.

Quality Management Certification

We are certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, which ensures standardized processes, continuous improvement, and consistent product quality across all stages of production. In addition, we have obtained ISO 13485 certification for medical device quality management—an important accreditation that demonstrates our capability to meet the stringent safety, traceability, and regulatory requirements of the medical industry.

This certification holds significant value, as many of the projects we undertake involve sensitive intellectual property and strict confidentiality agreements.
